I ordered this item from Happy Mothers on August 22 and I still have not received it a month later (today is Sept 25). Happy Mothers claims that Baby Jogger does not have the rain cover in stock but their website and Amazon lists it as in stock! They have failed to communicate this to me and have charged my credit card for the item. I have called and emailed their customer service department and each time I have gotten a different answer of when I'm going to receive the rain cover. Meanwhile I've gotten stuck in the rain with my 3 month old baby without a rain cover for his stroller. So please do not use Happy Mothers to purchase this item.. because if you do, you will never receive it.
